Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because we work with live animals and each rental is reserved in advance with care preparations, the following policies apply:

 

1. Cancellations

 

  • 48 hours or more before delivery:

    Full refund or credit toward a future rental.

  • 24–48 hours before delivery:

    50% refund or full credit toward a future rental.

  • Less than 24 hours before delivery or no-show:

    No refund. A credit may be issued at our discretion.

 

Delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.

 

2. Early Returns

 

Returning an animal earlier than scheduled does not qualify for a refund or partial refund.

3. Animal Health or Safety Concerns

 

If Wilde Critter Club determines that an animal must be removed due to:

​

  • unsafe conditions,

  • suspected neglect,

  • mishandling,

  • or violation of care requirements,

then the rental will be terminated immediately with no refund, and future rentals may be denied.

4. Wilde Critter Club Cancellations

 

In the unlikely event that WCC must cancel a rental due to animal health, emergencies, or other unexpected issues, you will receive:

 

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no cost

 

This includes a priority booking on a future date.

5. Refund Method

 

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
